The projects cover many countries in Asia and Africa, as well as domestic provinces and cities such as Guizhou and Gansu. The resource types include gold and copper mining, slag resource utilization, industrial waste recycling and other fields.

Among these 6 projects, there is not only the continuous trust of old customers, but also the exploration of new markets. The technical tackling of large-scale equipment installation is progressing smoothly, and new breakthroughs have been made in the field of special material processing. The 6 projects are advancing in parallel and being implemented in an orderly manner, which is not only an intuitive manifestation of Xinhai’s professional performance capacity, but also a solid step for us to deeply cultivate the global mining market and carefully build a foundation for cooperation, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the company’s annual business.

In the overseas mining service market, Xinhai Mining has always insisted on intensive cultivation. With professional service level and efficient performance capacity, it has not only maintained the long-term trust of old customers, but also achieved breakthroughs in the development of new projects. The partner of the Zambia 250 tpd gold mine heap leaching plant project is our long-term old customer, who has purchased multiple projects from us before and highly recognizes our technical strength and service level. In addition to this cooperation, the design and delivery of the customer’s subsequent 1000 tpd gold CIL plant have been fully completed, and the subsequent installation work will continue to be undertaken by us.
The project was started by Engineer Xiu and Engineer Wang in early January 2026. At present, the on-site construction is progressing smoothly. Except for the steel structure of the electrolytic cell, which has not yet been fabricated and installed, all other equipment has entered the final preparation stage before commissioning with materials. Such construction progress efficiency has also won high recognition from the customer.
The 3.5 million tpa copper mine flotation equipment project, also located in Zambia, is a core large-throughput project undertaken by our company. The supporting flotation equipment of this project has impressive specifications, including 17 sets of KYFⅡ-130 flotation cells, 3 sets of XCF-40 flotation cells, and 4 sets of KYF-40 flotation cells. Among them, the KYFⅡ-130 flotation machine is a large-scale equipment independently developed and produced by our company for the first time, with its technical level at the forefront of the industry; the supporting agitator tank has a specification of φ6500×6500, which also belongs to the category of large-scale equipment, posing a great test to the professional capacity of the installation team.
On March 21, 2026, Engineer Han was specially assigned to the site to carry out installation guidance work, promoting the project implementation with professional technical guidance, which fully demonstrates the company’s strong strength in large-scale equipment installation and technical guidance.

The Laos 2000 tpd gold mine beneficiation plant + tailings dry stacking project is a typical representative of overseas large-throughput mine projects. The project is also equipped with a tailings dry discharge link, which is highly in line with the current industry development demand for green mine construction. This project adopts the cooperation mode of installation + external coordination, and was started by Engineer Hong in mid-January 2026. At present, all construction work is progressing in an orderly manner:
The assembly of the cylinder end cover of the ball mill and the production of the classifier support have been fully completed.
80% of the leaching tank installation has been completed.
The internal welding of the thickener tank has been fully completed, and 50% of the external welding has been completed.
The foundation of the filter press is expected to meet the installation conditions by the end of the month, and 85% of the non-standard parts production has been completed.
The on-site construction team is making every effort to ensure that the project can be completed and delivered on the scheduled date.

The Guinea 1000 tpd gold mine CIL plant project is another important layout for the company to expand the African mining market. On March 24, 2026, Engineer Jiang led the team to the site to start the installation work. With professional installation technology and rich overseas construction experience, the team will help the project land, further improve the company’s project layout in the African region, and continuously enhance the overseas brand influence of Xinhai Mining.
The EPC project of Guizhou 8000 tpa hematite slag + 6000 tpa secondary resource slag magnetic separation system. The core highlight of this project lies in the particularity of the processed materials — hematite slag and secondary resource slag, which breaks the processing boundary of traditional mine materials. Through the professional design and installation of Xinhai’s magnetic separation system, the resource utilization rate of such waste slag can be greatly improved, earnestly practicing the development concept of green low-carbon, and resource-based utilization.
The project was started by Engineer Liu with a 7-person team in mid-January 2026. At present, the installation work has entered the final stage, and it is expected to be fully completed by the end of March 2026, efficiently fulfilling the performance commitment to the customer with practical actions.

The Gansu 550 tpd spent cathode leach residue and spent carbon leach residue flotation project focuses on the waste treatment field of the aluminum electrolysis industry. The processed materials are acidic leach residues of spent cathode and spent carbon after acid leaching and pulp washing. The project adopts a single production line design scheme, which can alternately process 550 tpd spent cathode leach residue and 450 tpd spent carbon leach residue. While improving the resource recovery rate, it also takes into account the on-site production efficiency, truly helping customers achieve the goals of resource utilization and reduction of industrial waste.
In early January 2026, Engineer Liu was specially assigned to the site to carry out installation guidance work, and it is expected to complete all installation work in April 2026, providing solid technical and equipment support for customers to achieve green production.
