The core principle followed is "flotation of copper first, followed by sulfur (cobalt)." Through multi-stage precise control, efficient separation of copper and cobalt minerals is achieved. Grinding and pulp conditioning are the first and critically fundamental steps in beneficiation testing. If not done well, subsequent flotation performance will be affected. Based on the actual characteristics of the raw copper-cobalt ore, the Xinhai laboratory determines the grinding time and fineness to achieve sufficient liberation of individual minerals, creating optimal conditions for subsequent flotation.
Simultaneously, by precisely adding regulators to control the pulp's pH value, we can effectively depress gangue minerals like iron sulfides while ensuring full contact and reaction between valuable minerals and reagents. This enhances flotation efficiency from the outset and solidifies the foundation for the selective flotation of copper minerals.

Copper flotation is divided into two stages: rougher and scavenger. We employ a tailored collector system and strictly control reagent dosage and agitation time to achieve precise collection of copper minerals.
Rougher Stage: Using suitable high-efficiency collectors to maximize the recovery of copper minerals.
Scavenger Stage: Processing the tailings from the rougher stage to recover any residual copper minerals that weren't collected, minimizing the loss of copper resources.
Throughout the copper flotation process, we optimize the reagent scheme and operational parameters to effectively reduce gangue entrainment, significantly increase the copper concentrate grade, and truly achieve efficient enrichment of copper minerals.
After copper flotation, the process moves to the cobalt flotation stage. First, we precisely adjust the pulp environment and add specific activators to break the depression of cobalt-bearing minerals, fully activating them. Then, combined with a customized collector system, cobalt rougher flotation is carried out to achieve preliminary enrichment of cobalt minerals. The rougher concentrate undergoes a cleaning stage after settling. Through multi-stage, fine-tuned cleaning, the quality of the cobalt concentrate is further enhanced, ensuring high recovery of cobalt values and making full use of both copper and cobalt resources.

After completing the roughing and scavenging stages for copper and cobalt, the laboratory performs cleaning operations on both the copper and cobalt concentrates separately to optimize their quality.
For Copper Concentrate: We precisely control pulp density and conditions to further remove impurities and increase the purity of the copper concentrate.
For Cobalt Concentrate: We employ a reagent-free (blank) cleaning process, allowing physical separation to further enrich the cobalt minerals, ultimately yielding high-quality copper and cobalt concentrate products.
Throughout the testing process, we strictly monitor the indicators at each stage to ensure optimal separation performance, providing process parameters that can be directly applied in actual production.
