The desorption and electrowinning system is a key unit in modern gold processing plants. It directly influences gold recovery, operating stability, and overall cost. Traditional two-stage systems place valves too high. Operators must climb, which increases safety risks.
The three-stage system places all critical valves at ergonomic heights so operators can perform every task safely from the platform—no ladders, no lifting tools, and much lower operational risk.
Previously, the desorption solution tank was installed above the platform, making reagent transfer difficult and leading to spills.
