The Mongolia 1,000t/d gold mineral processing plant was an EPC+M+O project. Xinhai worked to achieve high recovery of gold and other valuable minerals by cutting costs and maximizing benefits and attach great importance to workers’ safety, environmental protection and energy conservation.

Xinhai Solution

In the copper mine project in Yunnan, the ore contains 0.87% copper, and the maximum size of the original ore is 350mm. The metal minerals are mainly chalcopyrite, pyrite, tetrahedrite, malachite, etc. The gangue minerals include quartz, calcite, dolomite, Chlorite, sericite, tourmaline, etc. Copper is the main recycling object.

Crushing And Grinding Stage

A two-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening process is adopted. The raw ore is transported to the raw ore bin of the dressing plant, and the material is fed to the jaw crusher by the plate feeder for coarse crushing . The products on the screen are transported by the belt conveyor to the cone crusher for fine crushing, and the finely crushed products and the coarsely crushed products are sent by the belt conveyor to the circular vibrating screen for re-screening. The fine materials under the sieve are transported to the powder ore bin by the belt conveyor.

Mineral Sorting Stage

A closed-circuit grinding and grading process is adopted, and the belt is used to return coarse particles. Copper flotation adopts a process flow of one coarse, three sweeps, and three fines; sulfur flotation adopts a process flow of one coarse, two sweeps, and three fines. A belt feeder is installed at the bottom of the powder ore bin, and the powder ore is fed to a wet grid type ball mill by the belt conveyor for grinding. The discharge end is equipped with a cylindrical screen, and the coarse particles on the screen are transported by the belt conveyor and returned to the ball mill for re-grinding; The pump is pumped into the Xinhai XCII cyclone for classification, and the underflow returns to the ball mill to form a closed-circuit grinding. The grinding fineness reaches -200 mesh 75%. The overflow of the cyclone flows into the high-efficiency stirring tank for dosing and stirring, and then enters the copper flotation process of one coarse, three sweeps, and three fines. SF-4 type flotation machine is used for flotation roughing and three sweeps, and SF-2.8 type flotation machine is used for three selections, and the middle ore is returned in turn; the flotation tailings are lifted from the lifting stirring tank to the high-efficiency stirring tank Dosing and stirring, and then enters the sulfur flotation process of one coarse, two sweeps, and three fines. SF-4 type flotation machine is used for roughing and two sweeping separations, SF-2.8 type flotation machine is used for selection I , and SF-2.8 type flotation machine is used for selection II and selection III . Concentrate dehydration stage: The dehydration of copper and sulfur concentrates adopts the two-stage dehydration process of concentration and filtration. High-efficiency reformed thickener is used for concentrate concentration, and ceramic filter is used for filtration. The water content of the concentrate is less than 20%.

Concentrate Dehydration Stage

The tailings are dewatered by a cyclone-dewatering screen-concentrator-filter press mechanical dewatering process. The flotation tailings are pumped into the concentration cyclone by the rubber pump for classification, the underflow flows to the dehydration screen for dehydration, and the overflow first enters the high-efficiency reformed thickener for concentration, and then is pumped into the filter press for filtration. Tailings Dewatering Stage

The final product of the project is copper concentrate, with a copper concentrate grade of 23.00%, a copper concentrate rate of 3.45%, and a copper recovery rate of 91.21%. It can provide 10,350 tons of copper concentrate to the society every year, with strong profitability.
