The impeller of bf flotation machine is composed of closed double truncated cones, which can produce strong pulp down circulation;
Large air intake and low power consumption;
Each tank has the triple functions of suction, slurry suction and flotation, forming a flotation circuit by itself, without any auxiliary equipment, horizontal configuration, easy to change the process;
The pulp circulation is reasonable, and the precipitation of coarse sand is minimized as much as possible;
Equipped with automatic control and electronic control device for pulp surface, easy to adjust.
When the impeller rotates, the centrifugal force with the action of the impeller is produced, and drives the slurry in the impeller chamber thrown around, by which the negative pressure area is formed. The air is sucked into the impeller chamber via suction pipe and center cylinder, mixing with absorbed ore slurry, and forming a large number of tiny air bubbles. After steady flow through the cover board, these bubbles are evenly dispersed in tank, forming mineral laden bubbles. Then mineral laden bubbles will rise to the froth layer, and become froth products by the scraper.
The BF flotation cell is widely used for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, like gold flotation process, which are subject to roughing and cleaning of large and middle scale floatation plants.

In 2008, an iron ore flotation plant in Sudan purchased bf flotation machine from Xinhai. The indicators of this type of flotation machine are better than those of 5A flotation machine, and the single-capacity power saving is 23.96%. When the grade of iron coarse concentrate selected by the factory is lower than 20%, the BF flotation machine is used for re-election. The recovery rate of iron metal is increased by 6.58%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 15% to 30%, which avoids a series of unnecessary waste of resources and saves costs for the plant.
