Recently, Xinhai Mining and Huawei Digital Power officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Leveraging their respective strengths, the two parties will engage in in-depth collaboration across areas including mine power security, green energy applications, and intelligent management systems. This partnership is not only a strategic move combining the strengths of industry leaders but also a significant innovative practice aimed at solving the long-standing challenges of "difficult and costly power supply" in mining, ultimately reducing electricity costs and ensuring operational stability.

I. Innovative Cooperation: Solving the Mine Power Supply Challenge

Mining operations are often located in remote mountainous regions or desert areas, where limited grid coverage and unstable power supply are major constraints on production efficiency and safety. Even when connected to the grid, high electricity costs remain a heavy burden on operations. To address this pain point, Xinhai Mining, in partnership with Huawei Digital Power, will deeply integrate new energy power supply, energy storage systems, and smart mine construction, providing mines with safe, stable, and cost-effective energy solutions.

II. Innovation-Driven: EPC+M+O Empowers Green & Smart Mines

Xinhai Mining's Mining Full Industry Chain Service (EPC+M+O) covers mineral processing testing, mine design, mining engineering construction, mineral processing engineering, tailings storage facility engineering, and mining & processing operation & maintenance contracting. As the proposer and practitioner of the Mining Full Industry Chain Service model, Xinhai Mining fully utilizes its integrated EPC+M+O advantages in this cooperation.

Xinhai possesses a multidisciplinary design team spanning geology, mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and power systems. This enables the customization of energy solutions based on client needs and specific mine conditions during project implementation. By leveraging Huawei Digital Power's leading expertise in smart photovoltaic and energy storage technologies, Xinhai Mining will deeply integrate digitalization and intelligent concepts into mine power supply design. Through appropriate equipment selection and optimized layout, this approach effectively reduces mine energy consumption and operational costs while ensuring the stability and efficiency of the power system.

III. Value Creation: Xinhai Leverages Its Own Experience to Provide Clients with Intelligent Processing Plant Solutions

1. Zimbabwe 2 Million t/a Spodumene Processing Plant Construction Project

Xinhai provided EPCM services for this project. During the peak construction period, Xinhai dispatched up to 423 personnel to the site and handled the shipment of a cumulative total of 170 million items. The entire process, from testing to successful commissioning and trial production, was completed in just one year. Furthermore, the project incorporated elements of Chinese-style gardens to create a comfortable office and living area, reflecting a commitment to human-centric design.

2. Xinjiang 2 Million t/a Gold Mine Expansion Project

Xinhai's smart processing plant for this project was equipped with large-scale equipment, such as a 3672 ball mill and 50m³ flotation machines, laying a solid foundation for highly efficient production. Additionally, Xinhai's construction and installation team demonstrated precision in adjusting equipment flatness, elevation, and parallelism, ensuring superior installation quality.

3. Shandong 1 Million t/a Zircon-Titanium Ore Processing Plant Construction Project

Xinhai possesses extensive technical experience in the deep processing of imported coastal zircon-titanium ore, establishing itself as an advanced service provider for comprehensive zircon-titanium ore processing projects both domestically and internationally.

The project featured an automated and intelligent mineral processing system, utilizing sensors and control systems to enable the intelligent and digital management of production equipment and processes.

It successfully achieved the precise recovery of 15 different valuable minerals, with nearly all valuable components being comprehensively recycled, essentially leaving "every valuable mineral extracted to the maximum extent."
