The Kazakhstan 1.5-million-ton-per-annum copper flotation plant project, contracted by Xinhai Mining on an EPC basis, officially broke ground in early October 2025! This project is characterized by four major features: large processing capacity, short construction period, comprehensive civil works coverage, and full-range EPC services.
Located in resource-rich Kazakhstan, this project is designed for an annual ore processing capacity of up to 1.5 million tons, with a stable processing rate of 5,000 t/d, making it a substantial "large-volume" project. Facing the challenge of an average feed copper grade of approximately 0.86%, our process design achieves a copper recovery rate as high as 90%, producing a high-grade copper concentrate with a grade of 22%.
