1. Pulse jigger unit
Adopting digitalized water flow control system, it realizes pulsation frequency adjustment with 0.01 second precision, which is especially suitable for primary enrichment of quartz sand of 3-25mm grain size. The bed status is monitored in real time by dynamic pressure sensors to ensure that the processing capacity is stabilized in the range of 150-300t/h.
2. Spiral chute
Chute is a simple gravity separation equipment, through the flow of slurry on the sloping surface, using the density difference of mineral particles for separation. The chute is suitable for processing coarse-grained ores, simple to operate and easy to maintain.
Xinhai spiral chute adopts the innovative design of corrugated plate + wedge bar composite trough surface, which improves the separation efficiency of coarse-grained quartz by 40%. Equipped with automatic flushing device to solve the downtime problem of manual slag clearing in traditional chute.
3. Three-dimensional dynamic shaking table
Shaking table is a kind of equipment that utilizes the asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed surface and the action of inclined water flow to separate the ore particles according to the density and particle size. Shaking table is suitable for processing fine-grained ores, and can obtain high-grade concentrate.
Three-dimensional dynamic shaking table through XYZ three-axis linkage technology to strengthen the dispersion of mineral particles layering, 0.074-2mm fine grains of quartz can reach more than 92% of the sorting accuracy. Equipped with machine vision system to monitor the distribution of concentrate zone in real time.
4. Modular Drum Sorting Machine
Patented design of replaceable polyurethane liner, combined with frequency conversion speed control system (0-15rpm stepless adjustment), to realize the accurate matching of processing capacity and sorting particle size, and reduce the footprint of the equipment by 35%.
5. Double Screw Vortex Classifier
Double spiral structure made of 304L stainless steel shows excellent performance in quartz-feldspar separation. The unique secondary water curtain system can increase the recovery rate of -0.5mm micro-fine grains to more than 85%.
6. Intelligent Centrifugal Concentrator
Integrated centrifuge technology, through the G value adaptive control system (20-300G adjustable), the quartz concentrate grade is stabilized at over 99.5%. Equipped with automatic ore unloading device to realize continuous production.
