The Sudan 700t/d gold mineral processing plant was an EPC+M+O project. The ore of this project contained 2.97g/t of gold, most of which were earthy minerals with particle size below 2mm. A small part of the ore was blocky minerals, and the maximum particle size was 70mm.
Crushing Stage
A section of open-circuit crushing is adopted, a section of closed-circuit grinding process is adopted for grinding, and the grinding products are extracted by cyanide carbon slurry method;
The gold-loaded carbon is sent to the high temperature and high pressure desorption electrolysis system to extract gold, and the gold mud is sent to smelting and smelting to obtain alloy gold;
The leached tailings are dewatered by filter press for dry storage.
