Xinhai Laterite Nickel Ore Solution

High-pressure acid leaching process (HPAL): Applicable to laterite nickel ore in limonite layer. The process is carried out in an autoclave, using sulfuric acid as the leaching agent, with a reaction temperature of 245-270℃ and a pressure of 4-5 MPa. The advantage of this process is that it can effectively treat low-grade laterite nickel ore with high cobalt and iron content, but the equipment requirements are high and the investment cost is large.

Normal pressure acid leaching process: Applicable to laterite nickel ore in transition layer. This process is similar to high-pressure acid leaching, but it is carried out at normal pressure, with lower leaching efficiency, but relatively lower equipment requirements.

Reduction roasting-ammonia leaching process: Applicable to laterite nickel ore in humus layer. This process includes two steps, reduction roasting and ammonia leaching, which can effectively recover nickel and cobalt, but the process flow is complicated and the energy consumption is high.
